does anyone have some culture i could have,
or should i have a go at doing my own?
new to this bit of fishkeeping

you could boil some tapwater then let it cool down put a bruised bannana in and leave it in a dark but warm place with no top and recieve moderate light untill water comes sweet and clear she has been reading a book lol can ya tell developes in 3 to 4 days
lorna says she is is trying one so she said she will put one on for u

I haven't been reading a book I have been reading the internet lol Deb I am going to do a culture for us both tomorrow will let you know how I get on.

I am trying the infurosia culture been and got some bananas and done the water so here hoping will let you know how I get on, which one are you going to try.

And thanks Mick will have a read of the cultures.

Just to let you know Deb I have started the infusorians culture and should take about 3-4 day's so here's hoping will let you know what happens.

Well I have the lettuce mix stewing. Ordered cultures from eBay but didn't realise they need a week to get going. My fry are now free swimming so gonna make a batch of egg yolk up in hope the fry can survive on that for now. Other than that am out of options!
School hols 2kids& no car so not something that's easy to go shopping for in guisborough!

I've just tried to read the cultures list Mick but the pictures are all cut off like has been happening to the photos, so cant follow the instructions, I know you are working on this but just thought I would let you know that it is happening with pictures from before the forum skin change.
