hey as i posted about my eggs i am wanting to get some good tips on pushing them to breed for me in the best possible way and looking after my fish during and after and then hopefully ther young and o i forgot to tell you all that ther german blue rams Smile thanks ppl am looking forward to ur replies.

daphnia. blood worm .brine shrimp
any of these are good conditioning
food

I agree with biff live food seems to work. Ive read alot about it working it must kick them off simulating there real habitat. Daphnia etc is cheap also.

aw great i will deffinatly get some and do yas think i should get a couple more plants for me tank like bigger background plants will this help aswell

What ever makes them feel safe. Read up on there natural habitat where they live. That should give you some info on what may work for them. But if its more cover for them its good. If they feel comftable and safe it will help.

Just read your other post. If they have already gave it a shot id just leave tank. Alot of species dont get it right first time and if they dont breed for a while then I would add other things to tank.

right ill leave the tank for lets say 3 weeks ill get some live foods and introduce them to ther diets and see what happens from ther thanks alot for the helpful tips Smile

done a water change 2day around 30% al do another 1 in 2 - 3 days

i might be 2 weeks before there ready again it takes time for tem to recover then start producing eggs again

orite thanks mick am just looking into getting some live fishfood or frozen what do you think would be the best food to get for german rams

blood worm always gose down well daphnia as well i feed beef heart to most of mine

orite cheers am just goin to order some blood worm for the time beeing and maybe get some dafnia or beefheart next time round to mix it up for them cheers
