Fluval 305 bits
I've bought a fluval 305 but it's been adapted for the new style fluval tanks that have holes drilled in the bottom of the tank . As I dont have holes drilled in mine I need longer hoses with the intake stem and strainer, output nozzle and the brackets to attach the hose to the tank rim.
Can anyone help out?
Thanks Adrian

Oh really, what are they like for price? Been looking online and it's gonna cost more than the filter!
Re: Fluval 305 bits
Those bits are relatively cheap it's the brackets that cost. Just got an email back from Hagen and it will be £52!! For all the bits. Crazy! Should have just bought a new one! I'll try tropical house today.

Re: Fluval 305 bits
im guessing there the plastic thing that clip onto the top of the tank and clip the hosing into place. its only to keep the hosing very close to the glass so i wouldt think you need them at all to be honest its just to neetin the setup abit.

Re: Fluval 305 bits
These are the part numbers and prices from Hagen that I received. I think it's bloody ridiculous! I'll try get a pic on later so you can see what I need.
2 x A-20015 - £13.19 each
1 x A-20026 - £8.09
1 x A-20001 - £3.29
1 x A20017 - £4.09
1 x A20004 - £3.29
1 x A15041 - £2.89 for 4
1 x A20008 - £4.09
I have found a guy that would sell me a full filter broken for £20 but he hasn't replied since I asked for a pic and said I'd need it delivering. I want it to look tidy so I would like the clips really. I'll give tropical house a visit.

That would be brill of you do! How much would you want for them? I'm gonna use two 305's on the same tank that's why I bought this extra one. Becoming a bit of a headache tho!
