once the females rear end turns dark when would you expect it to give birth?

It could be unfertilised fry. Even though guppies are livebearers, when they give birth sometimes what looks like eggs are fry that haven't formed. I have seen this before.

When a guppy is ready to give birth, her back end seems as though it squares off. When you see that seperate her and see what happens. To be quite honest i can't remember the gestation period between broods, i need to look it up.

Update.

Well the yellow eggs have disappeared but no fry. The white eggs are still there but they not clear like yday.

The female guppys rear end is still dark. She seems to be rubbing her belly of the bottom of the fry tank i got her in.

Well im not sure whats happenend with this one biffster?

I introduced more females to the tank in the hope the male would leave the pregnant one alone. Well there was 1 or 2 little guppys among the new batch but im sure theres at least one baby guppy swimming about.

So im assuming the pregnant one has gave birth to at least one fry. Very Happy
