Been a while since I've been in, it was great when it first opened years ago then the same staff weren't about (not sure if it was sold or they just employed people to look after it) and the tanks were't as clean and the fish weren't good. That was a few years ago now.

Might go for a look again now.

Went today, seem to have got into Marines more now and I think the trops are suffering for it (is it me or do all retailers seem to go this way?), not a great range of fish apart form cichlids.

I bought a half dozen black neon tetras for my community tank - look healthy enough, price was good at £1.40 each.

Well out of the 6 fish I bought, I have one left.

Water stats are fine too. Maybe just bad luck.

Went back last week, still looks like they're only bothered by the marines. Freshwater tanks had dead fish in them and generally scruffy looking.

They had 'painted' glass fish in stock - so won't be going back.
