you can see HOB filter and micro skimmer in this photo

shot of the skimmer
back shot

front shot

well thats how it all fitted together its been up and running over a year
now its not looking its best thats why i am going to move it to a larger
tank that Alex the tank man made for it will post the photos of it looking better
it was only to see it it would work it dose but need the amount of living rock
reducing in this tank i used 2.5 kg it would of been better with 1kg or 1.5kg
even thought some of the rock is still alive and there's a good bit of Coraline
algae about and there's a few aquatic worms at least 5 different types of crabs
and there is a pistol shrimp or a mantis shrimp very really seen i will post new photos of the new tank after the swap with new live gravel and some new live
rock as the new tank is slightly larger stay tuned for up dates

The tank looked clean there. We have hair algae in there now. We bought 2 turbo snails and 1 blue legged hermit crab. The snails died and the hermit crab dissappeared never to be seen again.
There are 3 different types of crab that i have seen in there, there may be more. There is something that clicks loudly in there that i have never seen.
It's amazing what you find next.

I have seen about 3 maybe more eunice worms. They look black and pale grey striped and clean the live rock. I sometimes see little creatures on the front glass. I have no idea what they are though.

I was cleaning the front glass and i disturbed what i think is a bristle worm. It is peach in colour with bristles on both sides. It has 2 tentacles on it's nose.
