HELP !! i think my fish are fighting

I have a blackmoor and an oranda and the oranda has just been added today and its slightly smaller than the blackmoor , and the blackmoor is chasing it, it sorta tooks like nipping

did you get your moor from animal pantry

Yeah I got it from animal pantry a week ago , one minute they are fine and then next he is nipping and poked his side a couple of times and I'm not sure where he's nipping but at the moment they are not fighting and then they do. He will just pounce.

dont worry about it they will be just playing as they are too young to breed yet
i know the moor you got i took it in with another 9 from my tanks they are nice fish ive just got 4 more look under coldwater fish in fish house directory these are show quality ones i should be breeding off them soon

Thanks and cool , we bought a hide ornament for the little one but it is yet to be discovered , do you know the age of the black moor by anychance and would it be ok if I added a red cap oranda next week ? My fish are small at the moment

it should be fine the moors is about 4 months old
and yes you could add a redcap oranda were are you getting that from

have you tried stockton garden centre on yarm road they get some nice fish in occasionally i got a pair of ranchus there for my collecting
i have:-red orandas,red &white orandas a blue oranda .and redcaps
i also have ryunkins red ,white ,black
lionheads
black moors
broadtailed moors
and loads od baby orandas i bred
