you can add fresh water if u think its your water buy hma or ro water for your tank, you got a serious urge to add chemicals to your tank mate lol add some lsd if all else fails lol

Well you not giving me much help Chris.

Well aint got any scientific evidence Keith but we cant get a lather with our soap and the water doesnt taste as nice as normal. Also like stuff on top of me tea like a residue what wouldnt normally be there.

We are doing our best to help tim. But u need to find out for sure what the problem is. Chemicals rnt the answer to eveything and can cause more damage. If your adiment its the water in your area then the best thing to do is do daily 40% water changes for about a week

.... Using hma/ro water which is cheaper than meds to buy , or as mick sugested mineral,water.

Well happy to announce the tank seems to of settled down and ive had no losses for about 2/3 weeks. Heres hoping everythings ok.

yeah cheers guys. im gunna transfer some of me plecs from the 2ft to the 3ft tank. do i just need to float them in a tub or something like new fish and introduce the different water when tranfering them. thanks again guys

If your water has the same parameters, I just turn the lights off and transfer them over, leave it half an hour and put them back on.
