eggs :D woooo

i had a brake out of eggs yesterday, i recently places some bog wood into my tank and another plant and i looked into the tank to find i had eggs layed next to the bogwood unfortunatly the male hadnt fertilized them and they had gone moldy but i supose its all apart of the prosess of them getting to grips with the ritual and i am taking this as a step forward and am glad to see i have some activity with them. :welcome:

they'll get the hang of it try
putting a clay plant put in with
them or a piece of flat slate propped
up against the side of the tank some where to
spawn

ps what other fish do you have in with them

hey ill explain me tank set up to ya iv got slate caves like stacked up to be caves iv got 2 pots in ther and i have 2 lone peices of slat not too big but a decent size 1 laid just under the surface of the gravel and 1 peice lent up againts the glass around the area of one of my plant pots i dont have any other fish in the tank just three german blues but iv noticed that my male and one of my females are always showing off to each other and showing full colours but my other female gets bullied into one of the corners of me tank but i only have like 3 plants in the tank but ther only little atm and they dont cover much ground do u think if i get another couple of bigger background plants that might spure them on a little more haha sorry about the life story lol cheers

not a problem i would take out the bullied
female if you have another tank as they could
killer her also it will take the threat away from them
and the less stress and live food and water changes
they will probably breed again in the next week or so

ok and unfortunatly i only have the one tank atm i am looking to get another tank set up and get some other fish going im just waiting for sumthing to catch my eye and i will have to try and rehome the other female thanks

in for 35 quid

what size cause i have a 2 foot tank on my stand and have about a foot left but its like 2 foot deep so i could put it on side ways if the tanks the right size

i bougth one there 30x12x15 inch
there a good tank value for money
the two foot one where more than a 30
inch ones yeah that what i was
