most malawis go to the size of the tank mate so a yellow lab will get to about 3" in a 3ft but put it in a 6ft and it will grow to 5" like mine

This is my first successful lot of fry of them so i don't know how long they'll take to grow but they're still only small. The 5 ob peacocks am after £20 for them just a young breeding group unfortunately in my tank the fry don't last long.

sorry posted before id finished text mbuna with black males most melanochromis but females mostly yellow mind few afra are also black deep ndonga nice i forgot to mention the white labs but if you got yellow labs already dont mix mind. there isnt no pure black and white striped mbuna to my knowledge mate.hard to avoid hybrids in a community malawi tank if you get a hyper dominant fish he will try to breed with everything this is why you need a high population but even then it can happen still.
