I have just purchased the above external filter and this is my review.
I purchased this external filter from Aquatix-2U from ebay for £63.99 it is free p+p and they send the pump by courier they also send you the link to track the delivery.

It is a very large external filter which 28x28x43cm 45w 50Hz with a 9w uv lamp and the maximum flow is 2200l/h it is for a tank up to 800ltrs.

The installation is fairly easy to understand as they give you step by step instructions inside and a diagram on the outside of the box.

The external filter is suitable for fresh and marine water it also comes with a uv lamp it comes with four trays, ceramic hex nodes or plastic filter bals which have to be rinsed before putting into the container and also charcoal which again needs to be washed thoroughly, sponges, it has a push button primer which needs to be pushed down once unlike some pumps which have small handles on which are difficult to prime.

This filter is 10/10 on every single stage easy to install, easy to prime, easy to assemble and clean, easy maintenance to the filter and it is extremely quiet filter as we have the filter in our bedroom and hardly hear it I am very impressed with this pump.

now that is what i call a damn good review!
seriously though the only question that came to my mind was already asked by moggy and that isn't a criricism of the review it is just a nosey thing!
i do believe that at some time in the distant past members were meant to do reviews of filters and other products but this never happened until you grabbed the bull by the horns and wrestled it to the ground mate!
very well done on the review marty really comprehensive pictures too mate
