air powered overhead filters

in the seventies and early eighties we used to
have things as air powered over tank filter
air powered HOB filters i though these were
pretty effective at filtering tank water so over
the next few week i am going to try and replicate
these types of filter using every day things so
bare with me i will post photos and how to put
them together and set them up

right i have found some plant trays that
will do as a filter try and i already have
the pipe for the up lift

ive just remembered where these filters came from hockney tanks

??hockney tanks never heard of them mick

they were the rolls royce of tanks back in the 70's
