the new female and male are now swimming together which is great you should have a go lee didn't think i would get back into fish but i obviously was very wrong lol

need to get little heater and filter for my little tank first

there where some for sale on ebay nice ones too

forgot to say lee i have ordered a book off ebay about them you can borrow it when i am done if you want mate

Just a little update to let you know that she is still going strong today thankfully she's obviously one little touch cookie lol

Thanks Lorna. I rang up that shop today said there getting some stock in on thursday and to ring back i had a look on ebay and spotted a blur female but think it was £15 in total

Your welcome Lee I have had a few female fighters and males from absolute aquatics over the years and have never had a problem with any of them mart and I will be popping back in sometime next week so I will have a look and let you know what they are like if you want

HI Lonra went to Strikes today and bout 4 females I thionk its safe to say Mr Fighter was pleased to see them as he was straight over to the them before i even put them in the tank

Lee they are absolutely lovely females these are the best I have seen from a pet shop for sometime including debs of course, I will have to keep my fingers crossed and the male is looking really nice too you will probably have to let them grow a bit first but keep an eye out for those bubble nests

Lorna I tried to put a post up but think its been edited as I was also trying to put some photos of other fighters from that I seen from another petshop (wont mention name) i went to today and couldnt belive how bad there were, all ripped to shreads and one had no tail I took some pics of that bad state they were in but must not be able to post on here as previous post looks like its been edited or maybe it just didnt work ?

I truly hate that sort if thing. Fish should not be for sale in that condition.


On a brighter note so glad you got some females. That's where I got mine from and she doing great do far. Maidenhead/strikes were great and even exchanged my sexualy confused sword tail for a proper female lol
Now that what I call customer service as I didn't even buy it there in the first place!!!

I know it's terrible isn't it poor little thing's shouldn't be allowed they should make sure they are looked after.
