Probably not they are just normal male's they aren't crown tails though as I would probably have bought another male if they where but I think mart wouldn't be happy because I think I am sending him mad with the one's I have already lol

Well it's a sad day today I have lost one of my males this morning and it had made such a beautiful bubble nest too don't know why I lost him as no obvious signs on him just one of those things I suppose boo hoo

I lost the one I got from the auction he was fine yesterday but dead when I woke up this morning totally gutted me.

Totally gutted again today lost four of my beautiful female's over night good job I had so many of them really they where my older females so I don't know if that had anything to do with it but really upset don't like losing any animal

how old? you havent been going that long so would not have expected that either. and 4 at once?

Sorry the hear of your loss, two things possible, the water quality got out of control really quickly, or you are not quarantining your new fish as you buy them. if the water quality is ok then you really need to identify what caused them to die and treat or sterilise the tank.

the ph dropped to 6..6 but sorting it now and the ammonia was 0.25 and the heater went nitrite and nitrate was fine

As mart said and I lost another female while I was out just to top the day off let's hope she's the last

all other fish are fine so i think i have some angels in same tank so i think that they have lowered the ph to much for them so done 30% water chance fingers crossed

Thinking of giving it up totally

I have a ph of 7 and nitrate is 10ppm

Ammonia was 0.25ppm

Don't give up we all have disasters like this from time to time, take a big breath and say "right they won't beat me again" and get stuck back in and go for it. It's times like this that make the good times better.
