when you think they are kept in really bad water most of the time like in tiny jars in shops and breeding areas in there native land i would be looking at something else like the last in mate or the one before or even the angels having a go at them

lorna check your water butt out side for midgy larva and get then put in the tank they will soon boost the pair up ready to breed

thanks mick we noticed the other day that we had some midgy larva so I will harvest some in the morning when I can see lol won't help to give them a boost.
